CL Women's Track and Cross Country Collects 24 CSC Academic All-District Honors

JACKSON, Mich. - The Crossroads League recently placed 24 student-athletes on the 2023 College Sports Communicators NAIA Women's Track and Cross Country Academic All-District Teams. Goshen, Grace, Mount Vernon Nazarene and Taylor all claimed the maximum amount of five honors, with Indiana Wesleyan netting four.
The CSC Academic All-District award is given to student-athletes with a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and at least one full year at their current institution. Individuals must have been nominated by their Sports Information Department, must have reached sophomore status academically and must have competed in at least half of their team's current season as a primary contributor.
Each school is allowed up to five nominations from men's and women's track and cross country, with every CSC Academic All-District recipient advancing to the ballot for CSC Academic All-America honors. Those awards will be voted on by members of CSC from around the nation and will be announced on June 28 and 29.
